Product Description
GELATIN EMBOLIZATION MICROSPHERES
● Degradable in 28 days, allowing for re-embolization when needed
● Uniform, highly compressible microspheres for precise and complete occlusion
● Hydrophilic surface to prevent aggregation and ensure smooth delivery
● Available in various shapes, sizes, and colors
Biogelsph® embolization microspheres are made from cross-linked gelatin and are biodegradable. Biogelsph@ microspheres are precisely calibrated, highly compressible, non-aggregating, and can be easily dispersed into a homogeneous suspension when mixed with a contrast agent. These microspheres can be delivered to the targeted site to occlude vessels and block blood flow, enabling precise tissue infarction and reliable embolization.

Biodegradable
Irreversible target tissue infarction occurs once the vessel is blocked.

Microspheres degrade in 28 days, allowing for re-embolization when needed.
Uniformly sized microspheres
Uniform-sized microspheres with accurately calibrated diameters to ensure a reliable, targeted level of artery occlusion.

Highly compressible with rapid rebound
Microspheres undergo elastic deformation and can be compressed by up to 50% without breaking within the catheter. Once delivered, the microspheres quickly rebound to their original shape, ensuring dense occlusion of distal vessels.
