▲ After inflating the balloon with fluid, pull the catheter outward to ensure the balloon abuts against the bladder neck orifice to complete positioning.  No need for digital rectal examination. 

▲ The anchoring balloon inflates between the bladder neck orifice and the external sphincter to provide anchoring function. 

▲ Inflate the dilation ballon to 2.5 atmospheres. During inflation, pull the catheter outward to secure it and prevent excessive inward slippage.  

▲ The catheter could be put at targeted area by the positioning balloon without the digital rectal examination.  

▲ The anchoring balloon can reduce  slippage during dilation, ensuring effectiveness of the procedure. 

▲The external dilation balloon is inflated to bluntly expand the prostatic surgical capsule to reduce the pressure of the prostate and opening of lateral prostatic lobes. After the catheter is removed, the tissue pad prevents the lateral lobes of the gland from closing, ensuring unobstructed urinary tract.
