Product Introduction
A one-stop solution from product approval to market sales
Product Description
For treating benign prostate hyperplasia, prostate dilation stands as the only surgical method without using an implant, meanwhile preserves the original organ.
Limitations of current prostate dilation approach:
1.Requires the use of digital rectal examination or ultrasound for positioning
2.Balloon is prone to slipping during dilation In addition to inconvenient operation,
conventional balloon would lead to inadequate expansion or injury to the sphincter
Our solution: the novel 3-in-1 balloon
First-in-class innovation
-Positioning+anchoring +dilation balloon all combined in one columnar balloon catheter
-The positioning balloon can position the catheter at the required location without the need for digital rectal examination or ultrasound
-The anchoring balloon can reduce sliding during the expansion process of the dilation balloon, ensuring the dilation effect.

Safe and effective
-Balloon expands to bluntly and precisely dilate the capsule and separate the capsule and gland
-Physical method, avoiding thermal damage or implant-related injuries
-Comparable short-and long-term efficacy to other surgical methods
-Minimal harm to prostate and its functions, rapid postoperative recovery
Easy to use
-Intuitive design and operation
-Entire procedure finishes within 10 minutes
-Easy to master with a short learning curve

How to use
Model Selection
The model of the dilation balloon catheter is mainly selected according to the weight (in grams) of the prostate. (The prostate weight is calculated by multiplying the three values of prostate dimension, and then multiply by 0.6)
Prostate Volume (g) | <20 | <30 | 30-50 | 50-80 | 80-110 | 110-150 | >150 |
Catheter Model | HYD-28B/C | HYD-30B/C | HYD-32B/C | HYD-34B/C | HYD-36B/C | HYD-38B/C | HYD-38C |
*Note: this table provides a general guide for catheter model selection, surgeons specially trained in prostate dilation/expansion/spreading procedures or with specific relevant qualifications is responsible for making the final decision. | |||||||
Three-Step Dilation Method
Positioning Balloon (First Internal Balloon):
Connect the pressure pump to the Luer connector of the positioning balloon, inject 11–21 ml of water into the balloon based on its model. Pull the catheter outward until the positioning balloon slightly presses against the orifice of the bladder neck, then close the valve to complete positioning.(The positioning balloon has a blue water injection tube, the shortest among of the three.)
